Account and Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your Yolo account and associated personal data from inside the app or from this external web page.
In-App Deletion
Open Yolo, sign in to the account you want to delete, then go to the account or settings area and choose the account deletion option where available. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.
Web or Email Deletion Request
If you cannot access the app, send an email to redland2024@gmail.com with the subject "Yolo Account Deletion Request". Include enough information for us to identify and verify the account, such as your Yolo user ID, registered phone number, nickname, country or region, and a contact email. Do not send passwords or payment-card information.
What We Delete
After verifying ownership, we delete or anonymize account profile data, login identifiers, user-generated content under your account where technically and legally possible, and other personal information no longer needed to provide the Service.
What May Be Retained
Some records may be retained when required for legal, tax, accounting, payment, fraud-prevention, chargeback, security, dispute, or user-safety purposes. Examples include purchase records, moderation evidence, account restriction logs, and records needed to investigate abuse. Retained data is limited to the purpose that requires retention and is deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
Processing Time
We normally acknowledge deletion requests within a reasonable time after receiving enough information to verify the account. Complex requests, safety investigations, or legal retention requirements may take longer.
