These Terms govern your use of Yolo, a voice chat room and social entertainment service operated by Yolo-Voice Chat Room TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Yolo. The Service is not intended for children or minors. If we determine that an account belongs to a person under 18, we may suspend or delete the account.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information, the security of your account, and all activity under your account. Do not sell, transfer, share, or misuse accounts. Notify us at redland2024@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. User Content and Conduct
You are responsible for content you submit, speak, stream, send, post, or display. You must not use Yolo to create, upload, distribute, solicit, or promote illegal, sexually exploitative, hateful, harassing, violent, fraudulent, infringing, spam, impersonation, terrorist, self-harm, or otherwise harmful content. You must not attempt to bypass moderation, contact users who blocked you, abuse gifts or payments, or interfere with the Service.
4. Safety Tools and Moderation
Yolo provides reporting and blocking tools. We may review reports, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, preserve evidence, or report serious abuse to law enforcement or relevant authorities. We do not guarantee that all user content will be reviewed before it appears.
5. Virtual Items, Gifts, and Payments
Yolo may offer coins, gifts, levels, badges, room effects, or other virtual items. Purchases on Android are processed through Google Play Billing. Virtual items are licensed for use in the Service only, have no cash value, are not property, and are not redeemable for money except where required by law or expressly supported by an approved feature. Do not use Yolo for gambling, wagering, money laundering, fraud, or unauthorized payment activity.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and delete information. By using the Service, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy at https://www.momooline.com/privacy-policy.
7. Intellectual Property
Yolo, its software, designs, logos, assets, and service features are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to content you own, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, transmit, moderate, and use your content as needed to operate, protect, and improve the Service.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, harm users, or expose us to legal or platform-policy concerns.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
