Child Safety Standards
Yolo is an adult-only service for users aged 18 and older. We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation in all forms. These standards apply to all Yolo users, content, accounts, rooms, messages, profiles, gifts, usernames, and interactions.
Zero Tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
Yolo prohibits child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), sexualization of minors, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, solicitation of minors, sharing or requesting sexual images of minors, links to CSAM, instructions for abuse, and any attempt to evade detection or moderation of such material.
Age Requirement
Users must be 18 or older. We may remove accounts that appear to belong to underage users or that misrepresent age. Users must not encourage minors to join, contact minors for sexual purposes, or move unsafe interactions to another platform.
Reporting Child Safety Concerns
Users can report suspected child safety violations in the app using reporting tools where available. Reports can also be sent to redland2024@gmail.com. Please include the user ID, room, message, time, and description if available. Do not forward illegal imagery by email.
Review and Enforcement
When we detect or receive a credible report of child safety violations, we may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant evidence, restrict features, and escalate the matter. We prioritize review of suspected CSAE or CSAM.
Reporting to Authorities
Where we obtain actual knowledge of apparent CSAM or child sexual exploitation, we may report it to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), law enforcement, or other appropriate regional authorities as required or permitted by applicable law.
Point of Contact
Our child safety point of contact is redland2024@gmail.com.
