Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Yolo-Voice Chat Room TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. ("Yolo", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, protects, retains, and deletes personal information when you use the Yolo mobile application, website, voice rooms, chat, virtual gift, and related services (the "Service"). The Service is for users aged 18 and older only.
1. Information We Collect
- Account and profile information: nickname, avatar, gender, date of birth, user ID, language, country or region, sign-in method, and account status.
- Authentication information: phone number and SMS verification status if you choose phone login; Google or other third-party account identifiers if supported by the app build you use.
- User content: profile photos, images, messages, room text, voice-room activity, moderation reports, and evidence you submit to us.
- Voice and media permissions: microphone access for real-time voice rooms; camera or photo access when you choose to upload avatars or images. We request these permissions only when needed for the relevant feature.
- Purchase information: product ID, order ID, purchase token, transaction time, and delivery status for coins, gifts, or other virtual items purchased through Google Play Billing. We do not receive full payment-card details.
- Usage, device, and diagnostics: IP address, app version, device model, operating system, language, app instance identifiers, crash logs, security logs, timestamps, room joins, gift sends, and feature interactions.
- Approximate location or region: inferred from IP address, device settings, or information you provide, used for service operation, fraud prevention, compliance, and localization. We do not collect precise background location for ordinary use of Yolo.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to create and secure accounts; provide voice rooms, chat, profiles, gifts, store, family, wallet, and other app features; process and deliver Google Play purchases; operate moderation and anti-abuse systems; investigate reports; prevent fraud and illegal activity; send service notifications; fix crashes; improve performance; comply with law; and enforce our Terms and Community Guidelines.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to operate, protect, and improve the Service:
- With other users: your public profile, room activity, messages, gifts, and content may be visible to users you interact with.
- Service providers: real-time audio providers such as Agora, hosting and storage providers, push notification, analytics, crash diagnostics, anti-fraud, moderation, and customer-support providers process data for us under service obligations.
- Payment providers: Google Play Billing processes purchases under Google's terms. We receive only the purchase information needed to verify and deliver virtual items.
- Legal and safety: we may disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal requests, to protect users or the public, to investigate abuse, or to report child sexual abuse material or other serious safety issues to appropriate authorities.
- Business transfers: if the Service is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset transfer, information may be transferred subject to this Policy or equivalent protections.
4. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS encryption in transit, access controls, logging, and review of sensitive operations. No system is completely secure, so users should also protect their account credentials and report suspicious activity.
5. Data Retention
We keep account and service data while your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After deletion, we delete or anonymize personal information unless retention is required for legal, tax, payment, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or safety reasons. Purchase, security, moderation, and violation records may be retained for the period reasonably required by applicable law, platform rules, and legitimate safety needs.
6. Account and Data Deletion
You can request deletion in the app from the account/settings area where available, or through our external deletion page at https://www.momooline.com/account-deletion. You can also email redland2024@gmail.com. We will verify account ownership, process eligible deletion requests, and explain any data we must retain.
7. Your Choices
You can update profile information in the app, revoke device permissions in Android settings, opt out of nonessential notifications, request access or correction where supported by law, and stop using the Service. Some features may not work without required permissions.
8. Children
Yolo is not designed for children and may be used only by people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that an underage person has used the Service, we will remove the account and associated data where legally permitted.
9. International Processing
Your information may be processed in countries or regions outside where you live. When we transfer or process information internationally, we use safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data and applicable law.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the updated version on this page and update the date above. Material changes may also be communicated in the app or by other reasonable means.
